LifeORelax offers senior health vacation packages designed to support well-being, including accommodations, guided activities, and wellness consultations.

2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients receive a schedule confirmation after full payment. Schedule changes must be requested at least 30 days before the start date. Approved schedule adjustments will be subject to availability.

3. Information Products

We provide digital wellness guides and eBooks. Access details are delivered upon purchase. Digital products may include multimedia content and interactive materials.

4. Goods

LifeORelax.club may sell branded wellness merchandise. Shipping details and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in your chosen currency at checkout. Payments are processed through secure processors. You agree to provide accurate payment details.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Service fees are refundable if the request is received more than 30 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment. Requests submitted within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for refund but can be rescheduled subject to availability and written notice.

6.2 Information Products

Digital product purchases are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact our support team. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Shipping back costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective. Reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the merchandise sent back. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.
